INTERMITTENT DASH BRAKE TELLTALE LIGHT OPERATION

MODELS/YEARS 1986-89 TORONADO AND TROFEO

Some 1986-1989 Toronado and Trofeo vehicles may experience a condition of dash brake telltale light stays on, or inoperative with parking brake set. This condition may be caused by a cracked brake switch. To correct this condition replace the park brake switch with P/N 3521242 IMPORTANT: The old park brake switch has other General Motors applications. Therefore, automatic part number supersession will not occur.
