- Turn the headlamp switch to the HEAD position on the headlamp
and instrument panel (IP) lamp dimmer switch.
- Turn the headlamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
- Use a test lamp in order to backprobe between the instrument cluster
connector C2 terminal Q to ground.
Did the test lamp light?

- Repair the following connections in CKT 11 between S219
and the instrument cluster harness connector C2 terminal Q or
between C2 terminal O and ground.
- Inspect the system.
