Traction Active Indicator Inoperative Oldsmobile
Circuit Description
The TRACTION ACTIVE indicator is used only on Oldsmobile. The TRACTION ACTIVE indicator is controlled by serial data over the UART lines form the EBTCM.
Diagnostic Aids
| • | Perform a through inspection of the wiring and connectors. Failure to carefully and fully inspect wiring and connectors may result in misdiagnosis, causing part replacement with reappearance of the malfunction. |
| • | If the battery feed to the IPC indicators is open, then more than one Indicator will be inoperative. |
