The TRACTION ACTIVE indicator is used only on Oldsmobile. The TRACTION ACTIVE indicator is controlled by serial data over the UART lines form the EBTCM.
• | Perform a through inspection of the wiring and connectors. Failure to carefully and fully inspect wiring and connectors may result in misdiagnosis, causing part replacement with reappearance of the malfunction. |
• | If the battery feed to the IPC indicators is open, then more than one Indicator will be inoperative. |
