Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the head restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  2. Position the seat full forward and the seat back full up.
  3. Remove the seat belt nut to the seat stud. For the left , refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Left Front and for the right, refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Right Front in Restraints.

  4. Unfasten the J-hook retainers at the bottom of the seat back cover.
  5. Position the seat back full down.
  6. Reach inside of the cover and unfasten the hook and loop retainers securing the front seat back cover to the pad.
  7. Position the seat back to the verticle position.
  8. Remove the head restraint guide. Refer to Bucket Seat Head Restraint Bushing Replacement .
  9. Pull out the seat back cover end flaps (3 each side).

  10. Carefully remove the seat back cover from the seat back by pulling the seat cover up and over the pad.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 176199 Size: SH
  1. Carefully pull the seat back cover down over the seat back pad and align the hook and loop retainers.
  2. Use firm hand pressure to fasten the hook and loop retainers, securing the seat back cover to the seat back pad.
  3. Install the head restraint guide. Refer to Bucket Seat Head Restraint Bushing Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 176196 Size: SH
  4. Slide the cushion cover downwards and fasten the J-retainers on both sides of the seat cushion cover.
  5. Install the cover end flaps (3 each side).
  6. Install the head restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
