For 1990-2009 cars only
- Drill a hole into the same location as the damaged weld stud.
- Drive a screw into the drilled hole.
- Use screw to retain clips, molding, etc. in same manner used with the weld studs.
- If the surface becomes marred, repair and/or paint to provide a smooth surface. Refer to Basecoat/Clearcoat Paint Systems in Paint Coatings
