Seat system is assembled with one track ahead of the other.

1. Move the seat fully forward.
2. Remove the two assist springs.
3. Loosen the adjuster to floor bolts.
4. Loosen the adjuster to seat bolts.
5. Latch seat in the full-forward position.
6. Retighten the loosened bolts.

Tighten the adjuster to floor bolts to 42 N·m (31 lb ft). Refer to Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems. in General Information.

•	Tighten the adjuster to seat bolts to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).

7. Reconnect the two assist springs.
