1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Turn the I/P lamp dimmer switch to the OFF position.
3. Using a test light, backprobe between the I/P lamp dimmer switch harness connector terminal B to ground.

Is the test light on?

Repair poor connection or open in circuit 230 between the I/P lamp dimmer switch harness connector terminal B and S222.
