Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 183041 Size: SH
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the front end sheet metal diagonal brace front bolts.
  3. Remove the front end sheet metal diagonal brace rear bolts.
  4. Remove the front end sheet metal diagonal brace.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 183041 Size: SH
  1. Align the front end sheet metal diagonal brace to the radiator support and to the inner fender.
  2. Install the front end sheet metal diagonal brace rear bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front end sheet metal diagonal brace rear bolts to 47 N·m (35 lb ft).

  3. Install the front end sheet metal diagonal brace front bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front end sheet metal diagonal brace front bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Close the hood.
