HOLES IN MOUNTING PLATE ARE TOO SMALL.
REMOVE 1MM OF MATERIAL FROM AROUND HOLES FOLLOWING PROCEDURE BELOW:
1. REMOVE SWITCH PLATE FROM DOOR TRIM ASSEMBLY AND SWITCHES FROM SWITCH PLATE. REFERENCE SERVICE MANUAL, SECTION 10-60.
2. REMOVE APPROXIMATELY 1MM (0.040") OF MATERIAL FROM BACK SIDE OF SWITCH PLATE AT THE THICKER LOCATIONS INDICATED IN ILLUSTRATION ATTACHED.
3. REINSTALL ALL PREVIOUSLY REMOVED PARTS.
FOR VEHICLES REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY, USE: LABOR OPERATION: C3300 RIGHT SIDE, C3301 LEFT SIDE USE PUBLISHED LABOR OPERATION TIME. ADD: 0.1 HR. PER SWITCH PLATE
