VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1986 Pontiac and Oldsmobile 'A' Body - Plant Code 9

Effective January 20, 1986, Oshawa Plant 1 (VIN Code 9), started using Basecoat/Clearcoat enamel on the Oldsmobile Ciera and Pontiac 6000 Models. The VIN breakpoints are as follows:
