The Stall Diagnostic Bulletin outlines specific inspections and tests that are to be performed. It also contains a questionnaire for use by the Service Advisor as well as Section 6E diagnostic information. The questionnaire is to be used to obtain all background information prior to performing any repairs and is to be attached to the technician's copy of the repair order.
Repairs performed beyond the emission warranty are to be reviewed by Zone Service Personnel.

This time includes performing the basic diagnosis and repair procedures, and replacement of specified parts if needed (PROM, MAF, Crank Sensor and one wiring repair).
