1. Place the transaxle in one of the following positions:

Neutral

2. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe the left IP wiring harness junction block between terminal A10 of connector C3 and the positive battery voltage.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Use a test lamp in order to backprobe the remote control door lock receiver between terminal M and terminal P.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the left IP wiring harness junction block. Refer to Relay/Fuse Center Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Remote Keyless Entry System Check

Replace the remote control door lock receiver. Refer to Receiver Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Remote Keyless Entry System Check

Repair the open in CKT 1737 between the left IP wiring harness junction block and the remote control door lock receiver. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
