SOME CUSTOMERS MAY COMMENT ABOUT A RATTLE IN THE RIGHT FRONT DOOR.
THIS CONDITION MAY BE CAUSED BY AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR RATTLING AGAINST THE HVAC DUCT.
1. REMOVE THE DOOR TRIM PANEL. REFER TO SECTION 10-6 OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.
2. TUCK THE HVAC CONNECTOR HARNESS (SMALL BLACK CONNECTOR) BEHIND THE FRONT DOOR SEAT CONTROL CONNECTOR HARNESS (GRAY CONNECTOR). THIS WILL PREVENT THE SMALL BLACK CONNECTOR FROM RATTLING ON THE HVAC DUCT.
