When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.
A customer may have a concern of a bang or crunch type noise coming from the rear of their vehicle when traveling over bumps.
The left hand and right hand Stabilizer Link Assembly (22601060, 22601062), which connects the rear stabilizer shaft to the rear knuckle, has the potential to be installed 180 degrees off, which causes the link to contact the rear frame and creates a noise. If there are signs of contact, rotate the Stabilizer Link Assembly 180 degrees and road test the vehicle to make sure the noise is gone. Reference SI document number 635866 for proper orientation and installation of this Stabilizer Link Assembly.
