The Product Service Publication (PSP) program allows Oldsmobile customers, as well as others, to purchase Oldsmobile service information. This bulletin is being issued to cover some of the 1992 PSP program highlights. This program will remain in affect until further notice.
GM will maintain a toll free number that anyone may call to obtain PSP materials for all divisions. The number is: 1-800-551-4123.
Oldsmobile will advertise PSP information in each copy of the owners manual. The advertisement will contain the GM toll free number, as well as an address where anyone may write for Oldsmobile PSP materials.
PSP ordering information, current PSP prices and bulletin indexes are available free of charge upon request. Anyone may request Oldsmobile PSP information by using one of the following methods:
o Calling the GM toll free number.
o Writing to the address listed in the owners manual.
o Calling the Oldsmobile Customer Assistance toll free number, 1-800-442-6537.
o Calling Lansing Lithographers at (517)-482-0697.

Individual bulletins, Service Guild Magazine issues, service manuals and owner manuals, as well as annual subscriptions to bulletins are available from Oldsmobile. There is a fee for this service.
Oldsmobile dealerships may still provide customers with photocopies of service bulletins, if they desire, at a reasonable copying fee.

They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely.
