Place the marker lamp switch in the ON position.

Do the marker lamps illuminate?

  1. Place the marker lamp switch in the OFF position.
  2. Remove the marker lamp relay.
  3. Probe the marker lamp relay switch side voltage input circuit with a test lamp that is connected to a good ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 4

Connect a fused jumper wire between the marker lamp relay switch side voltage input circuit and switch side voltage output circuit.

Do the marker lamps illuminate?

Does the fuse in the jumper wire open?

  1. Probe the marker lamp relay coil side control circuit with a test lamp that is connected to a good ground.
  2. Place the marker lamp switch in the ON position.
