For 1990-2009 cars only
- Inspect the IGNITION MaxiFuse®, Circuit Breakers number 11, 19, 23 (with Hydraulic Brakes) and 25 to determine if any one of them is Open. Locate and Repair the cause of the circuit overload and Replace the MaxiFuse® or Circuit Breaker(s).
- Inspect grounds G105, G107, G404, G405 to make certain that they are Clean and Tight.
- Inspect the exterior lamps to make certain that the filaments are not Open or Shorted. Replace any defective lamps.
- Inspect the Instrument Cluster Left and Right turn signal lamps to make certain that the filaments are not Open.
- Inspect for a broken (or partially broken) conductor inside the insulation which could cause a malfunction but prove GOOD in a system test for continuity or voltage. These circuits may be intermittent or resistive, when loaded, and if possible, should be monitored for a voltage drop when the system is placed under load.
- Inspect for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which might affect the operation of other equipment.
