The power steering fluid is low.

Add an adequate amount of power steering fluid.

The pump pressure is insufficient.

Refer to Power Steering System Test Procedure .

The gear pressure relief valve is faulty .

Replace the faulty gear pressure relief valve.

The steering linkage is binding.

1. Inspect the steering linkage for any worn components.
2. Replace the worn components.
