Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 798929 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the coolant heater cord (1).

    2. Object Number: 824483 Size: SH
  2. Remove the coolant heater bolt.
  3. Remove the coolant heater.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 824483 Size: SH
  1. Install the coolant heater.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the coolant heater bolt and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 798929 Size: SH
  3. Connect the coolant heater cord (1).
