Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the cargo liner. Refer to Cargo Box Liner Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear body rail end cover. Refer to Pickup Box Cover Side Rail End Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the cargo tie down plates. Refer to Cargo Tie Down Loop Bracket Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 2008494 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear body rail cover to body retaining bolts (1).
  5. Remove the rear body rail cover (2) from the vehicle (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2008494 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear body rail cover (2) to the vehicle (3).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear body rail cover to body retaining bolts (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the rear body rail end cover. Refer to Pickup Box Cover Side Rail End Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the cargo tie down plates. Refer to Cargo Tie Down Loop Bracket Replacement .
  5. Install the cargo liner. Refer to Cargo Box Liner Replacement .
