Tools Required

1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
2. Remove the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement .
3. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
4. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) drive belt. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement .
5. Remove the starter motor. Refer to Starter Motor Replacement .
6. Remove the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Removal .



7. Using tool E-308  (2) gently pry the crankshaft oil seal (1) from the front engine cover (3).

1. Install the crankshaft front oil seal installation. Refer to Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installation .
2. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Installation .
3. Install the starter motor. Refer to Starter Motor Replacement .
4. Install the air conditioning (A/C) drive belt. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement .
5. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
6. Install the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement .
7. Connect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
