Removal Procedure
- Apply heat to the endgate emblem (2) with a heat gun to reduce the adhesion of the endgate emblem (2) to the endgate (1).
- Use a suitable tool to carefully prise the endgate emblem (2) from the endgate (1)
- Remove the endgate emblem (2) from the endgate (1).
- Remove any remaining adhesive from the endgate and clean the surface with a suitable cleaning solution using a lint free cloth.
Important: Take care not to damage the paint work when prying the endgate emblem (2) from the endgate (1).

Installation Procedure
- If reusing the endgate emblem, clean the endgate emblem with a suitable cleaning solution, using a lint free cloth.
- Apply new pressure sensitive double sided tape to the back of the endgate emblem (2).
- Trim back the pressure sensitive double sided tape to the inner edge (1) of the endgate emblem (2).
- Install the endgate emblem (2) to the endgate (3) into the correct position. Refer to Graphics/Decals/Emblems.
- Firmly press the endgate emblem (2) to the endgate (1). Hold in position for 30 seconds.
Important: Use spec HN2021 or equivalent pressure sensitive double sided tape.
Important: Do not allow the pressure sensitive double side tape to come in contact with any dirt or foreign material.
