Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement C100/Long Body

Special Tools

KM-475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the rear window.
2. Remove the rear door handle cover.
3. Remove the rear door handle screws.



4. Pry off the trim panel KM-475-A remover .
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Install the rear door trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




3. Install the rear door trim screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
4. Install the rear door handle cover.
5. Raise the rear window.

Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement C105/Short Body

Special Tools

KM-475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the rear window.
2. Remove the rear door upper trim panel.



3. Remove the rear door handle screws.



4. Pry off the trim panel using the KM-475-A remover .
5. Remove the door inner handle cable.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the rear door inner handle cable.
3. Install the rear door trim panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




4. Install the rear door trim screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).



5. Install the rear door upper trim panel.
6. Raise the rear window.
