    • EN-48356 Engine Fixture
    • KM-652 Flywheel Locking Device

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2033791 Size: SH
  1. Install EN-48356 fixture .
  2. Remove the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement and Transmission Replacement.
  3. Install KM-652 locking device  (1) to block the crankshaft
  4. Install the transmission bolt with KM-652 Flywheel Locking Device .

    5. Object Number: 2049589 Size: SH
  5. Remove the flywheel bolts.
  6. Remove the flywheel (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2049589 Size: SH
  1. Install the flywheel (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the flywheel bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the flywheel bolts to 35 N·m +30° +15° (25.8 lb ft +30° +15°).

  3. Remove KM-652 locking device  (1)
  4. Install the manual transaxle. Refer to Transmission Replacement and Transmission Replacement
