Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Replacement .
2. Disconnect any wiring connectors.
3. Invert the auxiliary HVAC module to access components.

2 N·m (18 lb in)

Procedure

Slide the auxiliary heater core outward of the case for removal.

Tip
Ensure the heater core seals are secure upon installation.
