Pressure Relief Valve Replacement SUV

1. Remove the quarter panel upper applique. Refer to Quarter Panel Upper Applique Replacement .



2. Using a flat-bladed tool, release the retainers (2) that retain the pressure relief valve (1) to the vehicle.
3. Remove the pressure relief valve.

1. Position the pressure relief valve (1) to the vehicle, pressing into place until the retainers (2) are fully seated.
2. Install the quarter panel upper applique. Refer to Quarter Panel Upper Applique Replacement .

Pressure Relief Valve Replacement SUT Left Side

1. Remove the left side inner trim panel (1). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side .



2. With a flat-bladed tool, gently pry on the outer side of the relief valve in order to release the retainer clips.
3. Remove the pressure relief valve from the vehicle.

1. Position the pressure relief valve to the body.
2. Push inward at the side in order to secure the pressure relief valve.



3. Install the left side inner trim panel (1). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side .

Pressure Relief Valve Replacement SUT Right Side

1. Remove the right side inner panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side .
2. With a flat-bladed tool, gently pry outward on the relief valve (1) in order to release the retention clips from the body.
3. Remove the pressure relief valve from the vehicle.

1. Position the pressure relief valve (1) to the body.
2. Press inward in order to secure the valve.
3. Install the right side inner panel. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side .
