Removal Procedure
- Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement.
- Disconnect the lines from the auxiliary cooler.
- Remove the lines from the push clips on the auxiliary cooler mounting bracket.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the lower bolts from the auxiliary cooler mounting bracket.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the upper bolts.
- Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the oil cooler into the vehicle.
- Install the upper bolts into the oil cooler bracket and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Install the lower bolts to the oil cooler bracket and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the oil cooler lines to the auxiliary oil cooler.
- Attach the oil cooler lines to the push clips in the mounting bracket.
- Reinstall the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement.
