Tools Required

J 41352 Modular Column Holding Fixture

1. Set the J 41352 into a vise.



2. Secure the steering column in the J 41352 .
3. Remove the tilt lever (if necessary).



4. Remove 2 pan head tapping screws (2) from the lower trim cover (1).
5. Remove the lower trim cover (1).



6. Remove the TORX® head screw (1) from the upper trim cover (2).
7. Remove the lock cylinder (if necessary).
8. Remove the upper trim cover (2).



9. Remove the trim cover protector (1) to the lower trim cover (2).
