Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 723030 Size: SH
  3. Release the clip that retains the lock rod to the handle.
  4. Remove the lock rod from the handle.
  5. Remove the nut that retains the handle and bracket to the door.
  6. Remove the bracket from the handle.
  7. Remove the handle from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 723030 Size: SH
  1. Install the handle to the door.
  2. Install the bracket to the handle.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the nut that retains the handle to the bracket.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the lock rod to the handle.
  5. Install the clip that retains the lock rod to the handle.
  6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  7. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
