Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1871957 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front shield bolts (1, 2).
  2. Remove the front shield from the vehicle.

    3. Object Number: 1871958 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear shield bolts (1, 2).
  4. Remove the rear shield from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1871958 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear shield to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear shield bolts (1) and tighten to 75 N·m (55 lb ft).
  3. Install the rear shield bolts (2) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

    4. Object Number: 1871957 Size: SH
  4. Install the front shield to the vehicle.
  5. Install the front shield bolts (1) and tighten to 60 N·m (44 lb ft).
  6. Install the front shield bolts (2) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
