For 1990-2009 cars only
- Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle.
- Remove the S51 driver's or S175 passenger's seat adjuster switch and test for serviceability. If the switch fails any tests, replace the switch.
- Test the appropriate recline motor assembly's fore and aft circuits with a test lamp and operate the appropriate part of the seat adjuster switch.
