Heater Core Replacement LHD

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
2. Remove the heater hose bracket screw.



3. Remove the heater hose bracket (1).



4. Slide the heater core out of the HVAC module assembly.

1. Slide the heater core into the HVAC module assembly.



2. Install the heater hose bracket (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Install the heater hose bracket screw.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N·m (9 lb in)

4. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
