Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle

Turn OFF the hazard flashers.

Does the system operate normally?

Go to Testing for Electrical Intermittents

Go to Step 3

With a scan tool, monitor the Hazards data parameter in the Infotainment System data list while pressing the switch several times.

Does the scan tool recognise switch activation?

Replace the BCM. Refer to Control Module References , for replacement, setup, and programming.

Replace the Infotainment Fascia. Refer to Driver Information Display Replacement
