1. Disconnect the auto level control sensor.
2. Connect a 10 A fused jumper from the auto level control sensor connector harness terminal B to ground.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Is the auto level control air compressor on?

Go to Step 2

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the 10 A fused jumper.
3. Using a test light, backprobe from the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal C to ground.

Is the test light on?

--

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Repair the poor connection or open in CKT 321 between the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal B and the auto level control air compressor harness connector terminal D.

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

--

System OK

--

Using a test light, backprobe between the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal A and terminal C.

Is the test light on?

--

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 7

Replace the auto level control air inflator relay. Refer to Automatic Level Control Relay Replacement .

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

--

System OK

--

1. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
2. Using a test light, backprobe from the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal D to ground.

Is the test light on?

--

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 9

Repair the poor connection or open in CKT 1725 between the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal A and S441 to G401.

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

--

System OK

--

Replace the auto level control sensor. Refer to Automatic Level Control Sensor Replacement .

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

--

System OK

--

Repair the poor connection or open in CKT 743 between the fuse block terminal D6 and the auto level control sensor harness connector terminal D.

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

System OK
