Service VME - Exhaust Bracket Missing from Parts Pack at PDI - keywords 6.0 delivery engine loose LS2

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

During the inspection of vehicles after delivery from the transportation carriers, dealers may notice that the exhaust bracket hanger that is normally included in the loose parts pack is missing. This issue has been contained as of 9-13-06 build date at Moraine Assembly. For warranty reimbursement, this should be filed as a transportation claim for missing parts, for the price of the part only. Labor is currently included as an add time for the PDI labor operation for the TrailBlazer SS. Please refer to bulletin 06-00-89-039 for details on the proper PDI labor operation use on the TrailBlazer SS.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
