    Notice: In order to prevent warpage of the cylinder head, follow the sequence shown whenever removing or installing the head.

  1. Remove the ten cylinder head bolts in the order specified in the graphic.
  2. Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder block.
  3. Remove the cylinder head gasket from the cylinder block.
