Coolant Bypass Hose Replacement 2.5L Engine

1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical.



3. Remove the lower left side bypass hose clamp (1) and hose (2).



4. Remove the lower right side bypass hose clamp (1) and hose (2).

1. Install a new lower right side bypass hose clamp (1) and hose (2).



2. Install a new lower left side bypass hose clamp (1) and hose (2).
3. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical.
4. Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
