Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the Power Inverter Module (PIM). Refer to Power Inverter Module Replacement
  2. Remove the accumulator. Refer to Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement .
  3. Remove the vacuum pump. Refer to Vacuum Pump Replacement .
  4. Remove the auxiliary heater reservoir. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Reservoir Replacement .
  5. Remove the secondary valve. Refer to Secondary Valve Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 409283 Size: SH
  6. Remove three bolts, washers, nuts, and six insulators securing the frame to the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 409283 Size: SH
  1. Install three bolts, washers, nuts, and six insulators securing the frame to the vehicle.
  2. Install the secondary valve. Refer to Secondary Valve Replacement .
  3. Install the auxiliary heater reservoir. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Reservoir Replacement .
  4. Install the vacuum pump. Refer to Vacuum Pump Replacement .
  5. Install the accumulator. Refer to Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement .
  6. Install the Power Inverter Module (PIM). Refer to Power Inverter Module Replacement
