Removal Procedure
- Remove the radiator grille. Refer to
Grille Replacement
in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the headlamp assemblies. Refer to
Headlamp Replacement
in Lighting Systems.
- Remove the fog lamp assemblies. Refer to
Front Fog Lamp Replacement
- Remove the retainers from
the two outboard fascia supports.
- Remove the screws that secure the bottom of the fascia to the
two center supports.
- Release the slots along the top edge of the fascia from the tabs
in the bumper bar.
- Remove the fascia from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the fascia to
the vehicle.
- Engage the slots along the top edge of the fascia to the tabs
in the bumper bar.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the screws
that secure the bottom of the fascia to the two center supports.
Tighten
Tighten the fascia to the two center supports screws to 20 N·m
(15 lb ft).
- Install the fog lamp assemblies. Refer to

- Install the headlamp assemblies. Refer to
Headlamp Replacement
in Lighting Systems.
- Install the radiator grille. Refer to
Grille Replacement
in Exterior Trim.
