Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System.
  2. Remove the defroster grille. Refer to Defroster Grille Replacement.
  3. Remove the end caps. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
  4. Remove the instrument cluster trim plate. Refer to IP Cluster Replacement.
  5. Remove the heating, ventalation and air conditioning assembly control retaining screws.

    6. Object Number: 591200 Size: SH
  6. Remove the bulb sockets (1) by turning clockwise.
  7. Pull the bulbs from the sockets.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the bulbs.

    2. Object Number: 591200 Size: SH
  2. Install the sockets (1).
  3. Install the heating, venting and air conditioning screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the heating, ventalation and air conditioning assembly control screws to 2 N·m(18 lb in).

  4. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to IP Cluster Replacement.
  5. Install the end caps. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
  6. Install the defroster grille. Refer to Defroster Grille Replacement.
  7. Enable the SIR. Refer to Enabling the SIR System.
