Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 591302 Size: SH
  1. Remove the sifter handle.
  2. Remove the center console. Refer to Console Replacement.
  3. Remove the center trim plate. Refer to trim Plate Replacement- Console in order to remove the power window trim plate.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from inside the console (2).
  5. Remove the cigar lighter rear retainer from the cigar element housing.
  6. Remove the cigar element housing and element from the center console by turning counterclockwise 90 degrees and pushing on the back of the element housing.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 591302 Size: SH
  1. Install the cigar lighter housing rear retainer to the cigar element housing.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors (2)
  3. Install the center console. Refer to console replacement.
  4. Install the trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement-Console.
  5. Install the gear shifter handle.
