Removal Procedure - Front Bulb
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
- Remove the front dome lamp assembly. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement.
- Twist the dome light bulb (1) assembly counter clockwise and remove from the dome lamp assembly.
- Remove the dome light bulb (1) by gently pulling it from the socket (2).
Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.
Installation Procedure - Front Bulb
- Install a new dome light bulb (1) to the dome light socket (2).
- Install the dome light bulb (1) assembly, into the lamp assembly and twist clockwise to secure.
- Install the front dome lamp assembly. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement.
- Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
- Test the front dome lamp for correct operation.
Removal Procedure - Rear Bulb
- Remove the rear dome lamp assembly. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement.
- Twist the dome light bulb assembly (1) counter clockwise and remove from the dome lamp assembly (2).
- Remove the dome light bulb (1) by gently pulling it from the socket (2).
Installation Procedure - Rear Bulb
- Install a new dome light bulb (1) to the socket (2).
- Install the dome light bulb assembly, into the lamp assembly and twist clockwise to secure.
- Install the rear dome lamp assembly. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement.
- Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
- Test the rear dome lamp for correct operation.
