Removal Procedure - Up to 17 Sept 2007
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
- Insert a suitable tool under the console lamp assembly (2) and gently pry the lamp from the console.
- Bend back the lever contact that holds the bulb (1) and remove the bulb from the lamp assembly.
Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.
Installation Procedure - Up to 17 Sept 2007
- Install the new bulb (1) to the console lamp assembly.
- Feed the lamp wiring into the cavity and push the lamp assembly (2) back into the cavity.
- Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
- Check all vehicle lights for correct operation.
