The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Intermittent stall, engine may run rough intermittently, and the vehicle may have one or more of the following DTCs set: P0335, P0336, P0340, or P0341.

Recommendation/Instructions:

Carefully inspect the wire harness that routes by the power steering pump pulley. If not properly routed and retained, the harness can come in contact with the pulley causing a concern with the harness. If a concern is found with the harness, repair the wires per information in SI and properly secure and route the harness away from the power steering pump pulley.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
