Preliminary Procedure

Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 3.5L engine, Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 3.9L engine, Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement for the 5.3L engine.

Oil Pressure Test Plug

Tip
Apply GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) or equivalent to the plug threads.

Tighten
12 N·m (106 lb in)
