Was the Exterior Lights System Check performed?

1. Press the hazard switch to the ON position.
2. Backprobe the junction-block connector C 3 with a test lamp from cavity 4 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

Replace the combination switch. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement in SIR.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

--

Connect a fused jumper from the C 3 cavity 3 of the junction-block connector to cavity 1.

Do the right side turn signals flash?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Replace the combination switch. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement in SIR.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Replace the turn relay.

Is the repair complete?
