Are the right side turn signal lamps inoperative?

Go to Step 4

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Move the turn signal switch to the RIGHT turn position.
3. Backprobe the junction block connector C3 with a test lamp from cavity 1 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Move the turn signal switch to the LEFT turn position.
3. Backprobe the junction block connector C3 with a test lamp from cavity 2 to ground .

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Replace the junction block.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Replace the combination switch. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement in SIR.
