Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 354735 Size: MH
  1. Discharge and recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the bolt and the inlet tube from the top of the receiver-dryer (5).
  3. Disconnect the receiver-dryer inlet from the condenser outlet pipe fitting (6).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 354735 Size: MH
  1. Coat new O-rings with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
  2. Install the O-rings to the receiver-dryer inlet tube.
  3. Install the inlet tube to the top of the receiver-dryer (5). Secure inlet tube with the bolt.
  4. Connect the receiver-dryer inlet to the condenser outlet pipe fitting (6).
  5. Evacuate and recharge the air conditioning (A/C) system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  6. Operate the A/C system, and test the system for refrigerant leaks. Refer to Leak Testing .
