The air condition system requires the condenser fan in order to operate correctly. The fan provides a sufficient amount of airflow across the condenser throughout the vehicle's operating range. Inspect the fan during all A/C diagnostic procedures. Give particular attention to the fan when excessive high-side pressure exists.
