Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 354232 Size: SH

    Important: Note the routing position of the cable in order to make installation easier.

  1. Disconnect the temperature control cable (6) at the heater case (1).
  2. Remove the heater control unit (5). Refer toControl Assembly Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the temperature control cable at the heater control unit.
  4. Remove the temperature control cable from the instrument panel (IP).

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the temperature control cable (6) in the vehicle. Correctly route the cable.

    2. Object Number: 354232 Size: SH
  2. Connect the temperature control cable to the heater control unit (5).
  3. Install the heater control unit to the IP. Refer toControl Assembly Replacement .
  4. Connect the temperature control cable to the heater case.
  5. Adjust the temperature control cable. Refer to Temperature Control Cable Adjustment .
